My wife and I came at this after decades of living overseas and thus having no experience in the US real estate market. Pat and team went above and beyond my expectations. I was selling the home from out of state. Pat was able to recommend a trustworthy and reliable contractor to oversee all preparation of the house for the market (everything from painting, carpeting, landscaping, and minor repairs). She worked with the contractor so that I did not need to be present. She and the contractor kept me well informed at each step of the home preparation process, making appropriate recommendations for what would help the house sell but not being pushy about things I decided not to proceed with. They also sent me pictures to help me visualize the progress being made. After the work was completed, Pat did a fantastic job staging the empty home. When the home went on the market, it went under contract quickly and Pat and Pam helped me comb through the offers and negotiations. I highly recommend Pat Fales and Pam Morgan if you are selling your home! I worked with Pat and Pam to sell my uncle’s home when he moved to assisted living. I was concerned about the sale as the timing happened to be December and the home had not been updated since 1965. I also live out of town and was wondering how this was all going to work out! Pat and Pam were amazing to work with throughout the process. They showed great care for my uncle’s situation, gave me an honest assessment of the home and what to expect when selling, and communicated with me every step of the way. I am sure they had lots of other clients, but I felt like their top and only priority. With all I was managing for my uncle, they made everything seamless, were responsive, flexible, and dedicated their time to getting us a great outcome on this sale.
